Matt Middendorf is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Certus Group. Matt began his career in real estate in 1990, while attending Regis College in Denver, Colorado, where he interned with the office division of Frederick Ross Company. He graduated with Honors with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and a minor in Finance in 1991. Upon graduating, Matt returned home to Dallas to pursue a career in commercial real estate with The Amend Group, he specialized in representing national corporate tenants looking for office space. He is a former Vice President of Robert Lynn Company and holds a record as their second highest producer for 1996 and 1997. Continuing in his success, he founded The Certus Group in 1998.
Matt is a native of Dallas, a 1987 graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory.

Tucker Holmes joined The Certus Group in early 2003. He is a former sales associate of Copy Corps, a litigation support company, where he worked from 2001 -2002, a former legal clerk for Hunton and Williams, where he worked from 2000-2001, and a former sales associate for Fortune Consulting, an executive search firm, where he worked from 1997-1999.
Tucker is a native of Dallas, and a graduate of Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
